Don’t love your Sophie Sarong? Send it back! Online purchases made through Sophiesarongs.com are valid for exchange or refund.  All credits will consist of the product cost less shipping costs.  All returns must be requested within 2 days from date order received.


Please email info@sophiesarongs.com with your order number, item/s you would like to return and the reason for your return.  Once the return is approved you will be notified with a Return Authorisation Number that will be valid for 7 days.  Please do not send anything back before requesting a Return Authorisation Number.

Please note that items MUST be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and hygienic seals attached. All returned items must be accompanied with your printed Return Authorisation Number in order to identify your return and process your exchange or refund. Anything returned without tags or the hygienic liner will not be accepted.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return ship date for your exchange or refund to be processed. For returns from international addresses, please allow 2-4 weeks from the return ship date for your credit. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you.




    • Sophie Sarongs offers an exchange or refund. 
    • A Return Authorisation Form is needed for every exchange. Please fill out form completely and enclose with the item(s) you are returning.
    • Issues with order must be reported within 48 hours of acceptance. You must provide proof with images and describe the details or problem with the item you have received. 
    • Returns received at our facility within 14 days of the original shipment date are eligible for refund or exchange, less all shipping charges.
    • No returns are accepted past the 14 days from customer shipment received. Any returns received after 14 days of the original shipment date will be refused or returned at the sender’s expense, and no refund, exchange or store credit will be permitted.
    • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Please try on all sarongs carefully. Due to health regulations, all return items must be in the original condition with tags on in order to be eligible for return.
    • No returns will be accepted on items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, or in any way different than the condition in which they were sent, no refund will be issued, and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
    • Custom orders are final sale, but can be adjusted once with no additional charge.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, that is doing excessive returns or exchanges.
    • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. If an item is refused delivery by the customer on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
