The following terms and conditions control the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and Sophie Sarongs. By placing an order on this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. CONFORMITY OF GOODS
Every care has been taken to describe the items as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to the photographic and reproduction process. If errors occur in representation of products Sophie Sarongs cannot be held responsible.

Care for your Sophie Sarong
Where the use of our products is subject to any instructions, you will need to follow these instructions when caring for our products. Sophie Sarongs cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific product care instructions. See care label on each Sophie Sarongs for washing instructions.

ORDERING:
When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming your order. Any order confirmation constitutes acceptance of prices and product descriptions. If you provide incorrect information and delivery to you is not possible due to incorrect address information, Sophie Sarongs cannot be held responsible.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for Sophie Sarongs is listed on each individual product description.
Sophie Sarongs will make every effort to fulfil the received orders on the website within restrictions of stock availability. If one or more products are not available we will notify you immediately by telephone or email and provide options to best meet your expectations.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT:
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit card.
We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country.

We use Stripe which securely accept payments backed by highly scalable infrastructure built from the ground up for redundancy, security, and velocity
All prices are quoted in euro and are inclusive of VAT.
Immediate payment is required for all orders. Orders subsequently cancelled prior to despatch will be refunded in full.

DELIVERY:
All orders received before 2.p.m (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day. Orders received before 11am on Saturday are dispatched the same day.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately by telephone or email and provide options to best meet your expectations.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is indicative and, but not guaranteed. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
Any claim based on any defect in quantity, quality or condition of the goods must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery, after which you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
We accept no liability for delays in you receiving the order, due to no signature being available at the address provided. Expected date of delivery is estimated and may be subject to change due to adverse conditions.

NON-DELIVERY
In the unlikely event of non-delivery of your order, you agree to undertake reasonable steps, as requested by us in order to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.
Every effort will be made by us to ensure that non-delivery issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Sophie Sarongs’ total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the products supplied by Sophie Sarongs to you, together with any postage costs incurred by you. Sophie Sarongs shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Sophie Sarongs cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the product.

Sophie Sarongs does not limit in anyway its liability by law for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or breach of duty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
While Sophie Sarongs uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up-to-date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Sophie Sarongs will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
